The TIER1 site management package, also referred to as Basic Site Maintenance and SEO, is the entry-level ongoing maintenance plan designed to keep your website functional, secure, and optimized for search engines. It's emphasized as critical for getting found online, incorporating elements like web management, SEO tools, business listing services, and ADA compliance.
Pricing

Monthly: $95 per month.
Annual: $1,140 for the first-year subscription (equivalent to 12 months prepaid).
Requires a 12-month commitment.
Payments can be made via PayPal.
Prepayment for the year is recommended as the best deal; monthly billing is available but still under the commitment.

Features and Inclusions

2 hours per month of dedicated site maintenance and SEO work.
Simple page edits and updates.
On-page SEO improvements.
Handling control panel issues.
Regular backups.
Client communication and support.

Exclusions and Additional Costs

Does not cover major site revisions, custom artwork, or custom code development—these are estimated and billed separately.
Any work beyond the 2 included hours (or approved hours) is charged as overages at $80 per hour.
Social media management is not included (available in higher tiers).
After the initial site launch, any additional work is treated as a new project requiring a separate quote and prepayment.

This package is suitable for basic needs, such as small business sites without complex requirements. For more advanced needs, higher tiers like Tier2 ($170/month for 4 hours and dynamic rank improvements) or Tier3 ($299/month for 6 hours with extended SEO coverage) are available, building on similar features with expanded scope.
