Tier1/Basic Site Maintenance


$1140.00 1st year subscription.

The "Tier1 Site Maintenance plan costs $95/month with a 12-month commitment and may also be paid via PayPal.
This plan includes 2 hours of site maintenance per month, such as simple edits, on-page improvements, control panel issues, backups, and client communication.
However, major site revisions, artwork, and custom code development are not included and will be estimated separately at $80 per hour. Any additional hours beyond the plan's 2 hours or approved hours will be billed at $80/hour as overages.

Tier2/Dynamic Rank Improvement

$2040.00 1st year subscription.

For $170/month and a 12-month commitment, the "Tier2 Dynamic Rank Improvement" plan provides 4 hours of monthly site maintenance and SEO, including simple edits, on-page improvements, control panel issues, backups, and client communication. Advanced reports on site performance and achievable SEO plans are also included, as well as PHP script-based site features, subject to approval. Fee-based recommendations from outside vendors will be estimated and completed upon approval and payment. However, major site revisions, custom artwork, and custom code development are not included and will be estimated separately at $80 per hour. Social media is not included, and overages will be billed at $80/hour.

Tier2

Tier3/SEO w/extended coverage.

For $299/month         12-month commitment.

The "Tier3 SEO Extended Coverage" plan offers 6 hours of monthly site work and SEO, including page edits, new page creation, site function additions, on-page SEO improvements, control panel issues, backups, and client communication. Advanced reports on site performance and actionable SEO plans are also included, subject to time availability. Fee-based recommendations from outside vendors will be estimated and completed upon approval and payment. PHP script-based site features may also be included upon approval. However, custom artwork, custom code development, and social media are not included and will be estimated separately at $80 per hour. Overage charges will be $80/hour for any additional hours beyond the plan's 6 hours or approved hours.

On-Call  - Site Maintenance and SEO

$500 retainer.
12-month commitment.

The On-Call Site Maintenance and SEO plan requires a $500 retainer and bills at $120/hour in 6-minute ($12) increments. It includes any service in other plans, monthly time reports, and vendor fees for custom artwork, custom code development, and professional writing. Retainer fees are valid for 12 months or until used. Additional time blocks may be purchased for $120/hour. There are no refunds, the retainer remains in-place until 12-months expired or the time is used up. Plans may change without notice. Clients must maintain payment for 12 months to subscribe.

Tier4/SEO with Extended Coverage

$299/month.  A $3600.00 per Month Value!

12-month commitment. The Social Media Posting Tier 4/SEO plan costs $299/month and bills in full monthly. It includes six daily posts across nine platforms, content creation, scheduling, performance tracking, and algorithm-optimized strategies. No refunds, payments must be maintained for 12 months. Plans may change without notice. Clients must commit to 12 months to subscribe.

First We Learn Your Business and Design Preferences

Business and Design Preferences

Our process will start by assigning a project manager from your company and pair them with our web design team to help you in creating your dream web design.

But for us to be more familiar with your business and what you want for your web design, you will need to answer our questionnaire or better yet if possible sit down with us at our facility.

If you want some specific features to be added on your web design then you can list them down while you are here.
This creates a Scope of Project mutual agreement/understanding to which we all adhere to.

We Help You Setup Website Hosting and Choose a Website Platform

Website Hosting/Registrar

If you already purchased a hosting account, then you will need to give us access in order for us to design the website on your host platform.
But if you do not have one, we make recommendations depending upon your needs.
Please Note that we also may provide you with internet Domain Registration as well as a very Reasonably Priced Hosting Packages

BTW: We NEVER use WordPress to build your site. It creates additional work that would have to be billed for and is much less secure.

We Develop a Rough Draft of Your Website

Depending upon the availablility of materials preapproved and provided by your project manager we can have a Test Website available for you to review usually within 1-Week! average.  If all materials are not present at the outset change this to about 20-25 days average before we should have a rough draft of your website complete. Once the rough draft is complete, we will send it to you to approve. You can then review it and list the edits that you want us to make. With this list, we will incorporate the changes and finally, complete your web design.

Note: Very often after the preliminary build clients will sit down at our facility and go over this live in real time which dramaticly increases the speed at which the project is completed. We also do real time zoom sessions as well as phone calls and go over the site page by page with you. 

We Launch The Live Version of Your Website

Live Version

As soon as you approve the revised web design (ie. PULL THE TRIGGER!), we will launch your website’s live version. The approved design will now be moved from its temporary location and transfer it to your actual domain.
Now, you can reap the benefits of a new website and enjoy a better user experience! While a few of our past clients knew how to maintain their websites and had the time to do it, most of our business clients do not.
And that’s perfectly okay. It's what we do.

We offer plans that include website maintenance which allows us to assist you with updating your website for performance and security on a regular basis as well as do social media digital marketing and SEO work.

You can choose whether to call us only “as needed basis - a $500.00 Retainer is needed for which we bill against in 15 min. increments.  ($120.00 Hourly Rates Apply) - or we can support you on with a prepaid yearly package (Best Deal!) that can be billed on a monthly subscription basis.
Yearly Maintainence Packages are a really good value to your bottom line in many ways.

The Process with which ReaIWis.com has always done business with our Website Clients is mutually beneficial.

No Misunderstandings
Upon completion of your website: After *approval to go live.
When: Your project has been approved to *go live online.
Who: You have pulled the trigger on the completed site.
The private test site version of Your Project site is transferred to your URL Hosting Site Address.
This always Requires Original Project Manager Approval to Go Live.
  • After (Approval to go Live) Which: Sorry, there are no Free Do-Overs - Do-Overs are NEW PROJECTS which require a separate quote and PrePayment depending upon details for mutually agreed upon additional Work. That is not to say there won't be some additional "tweaking" done to your site but within reason. This only ever happens if a new project manager is brought in to an existing project and they have a different world view. If you wish to keep a first class listing with Google Search a website is really never finished. To be successful you need to keep up with Search Engine Changes which is why we offer different Tiers for our site management solutions.     
  • It is also understood that we may mutually extend that deadline but only with the original Project Manager and that has to happen within the first 30 days.
  • Another common-sense rule - The Person or Team we start the project with must be the same Person or Team we Finish the completed project with.
    That's why We ask clients project manager to tell us when they want the site to go live. That dictates the completion of the website project with that manager.

    We Do NOT Change Horses/Project Managers in Mid-Stream. THAT is a Deal Breaker and any and all pending fees are due at that time should this occur.  The only exception to this would be the death of the project manager. 

    We pride ourselves on being able to work with a wide variety of requirements, however, each individual has their own world view and we cannot deal with changing worldviews in the middle of a project. The same goes for any additional work required after the site goes live. New People, New Negotiations and New Understandings. This protects your brand as well as ours. 
  • The Last requirement - This ACTIVATION is needed after completion of the Live Website.  Payments would have already been prearranged. 
    Regarding website Maintenance.
    The Original Project Manager will need to decide upon a Monthly Support package which is the most economical way  (Tier1 or Tier2 Pkg).
  • Optionally, You may pay hourly billed at $120.00 an hour in $2 per min increments.
    Current working agreements can discount this down to $80.00 per hour with a guranteed number of hours per month pre-paid. 
      
  • 1. We have Monthly support packages that include additional changes (within reason) to the existing website in addition to website SEO/Marketing solutions that vary from client to client. For Example, we have a popular Tier1 Option that starts at $95.00 per month purchased in 12 month increments. 
  • It is assumed that all Project Managers have read and understood as well as agreed to the previously stated clarification of project details.
